Every year the freshmen English majors put on an event called The English Street. Each class (40 per class, 10-15 classes) sets up a booth and has some kind of activity. This is the Harry Potter Dance!
Yeah it's a pretty cool concept. However, they have to do it. They do a good job but they are forced to be there and they compete - which is also a good idea. This year they had to be out there for about 7-10 hours. It would be so much more fun if you did it with them and just for an afternoon

what a FUN dance and idea to have an "english street" haha.. i think i might steal that idea for my classes next year maybe :)
