Goodbyes

Goodbyes have been nice and generally uneventful since I'm coming back. The same has not necessarily been true for Becca and Nancy since they will not be returning to Nanchang next semester. I was able to have a few get-togethers and just have some fun before heading home.

We had a co-teacher over who is a great cook and doesn't like Western food. I guess it works out well. I don't know how to cook what he likes and he's really good at it, so he cooks and I eat!

Squid. Super cheap and super chewy. Good flavor but strange texture.

My teammate Michael has become quite adept at making bread...
