Campus Life

One of the most enjoyable relationships that Michael and I have had is with a young couple and their family. Al and his wife live with his mother and they have a baby boy who gets totally enraptured by the sound of the guitar.

I've been teaching his wife to cook some cakes in the oven. One time they came over with their own batter that they wanted to try.  It was a little strange and mostly egg. It didn't work very well but they liked it anyway.  

This is the view from their apartment which looks out over the campus. Here we can see the pool that nobody uses.  I have never seen anybody use this pool. Apparently it's too expensive to keep operational and people are too shy to be seen in a swimming suit.

My last game with my good friend Peter. He graduates this year and is moving South to Guangdong for a teaching job.
