Back!

I'm back in Nanchang. It's hot. It's humid. It's right where I want to be. Classes started yesterday and today I figured out how to get connected to the internet. Thus, a China update.

Classes have been going well. I was really nervous the night before our first day of classes and didn't sleep well. I wasn't sure what to expect with new students in a new environment but because of a year of experience I was supposed to know a little about teaching. After my first few minutes in the classroom I was fine. My students are great. I have students at a higher level than I ever taught last year and it is amazing to actually carry on conversations with them about interesting topics!!! My Oral Enlish III classes area blast. There is a whole new feeling at this University and I like it a lot. The students are eager to learn and it is so big! The buildings look pretty classy and it seems like it's for real this time much more than it did last year. Pictures coming soon. Maybe even tonight!
